No, according to the information presented on the developer's website, the application is not compatible with 64bit operating systems. You can use Your Uninstaller 7 as an alternative. The application is compatible with newer operating systems and 32 or 64bit architecture OSes.
I have found it works on 64bit (Windows 10). As I used Cleanup in the past to clean history etc from Web Browser find that 'clean' temp files from MS Edge or Firefox, so in some ways it is almost redundant.
