TND 720 LM won't work after 2 months.

Program won't load on TND 720 LM and won't work on PC either. What can I do? I've just purchased this unit from Best Buy in March 2014. I was using it mainly as a rear view back camera and 7-inch screen. I'm disabled and need a GPS plus back up camera and screen.

If the application stopped working, attempt a re-install operation or download a new version of the software from the official website.

Make sure the computer where this application is going to be installed meets the requirements. See below for additional details:
