I lost my password for Bio Office Fingerprint A20.

I lost my password for Bio Office Fingerprint A20. I don't need any data, just to reset the password to recover access. Is it possible to do that?

You will have to download the PDF user guide for this device in order to reset the password. You will need a compatible PDF reader in order to open the file. Open the file then press CTRL + F and type password until you arrive to the required section. Follow the instructions and then you should be able to reset the password. Your fingerprint should provide access to the system.
