How can I open a folder that was encrypted with a folder lock application?

I have installed a folder locker and it was deleted by accident. When I restored it from the Recycle Bin and tried to open my files, the window appeared telling me that this shortcut does not work. At the same time the data still exist in the computer. How can I open the folders to get my files back?

There are two ways to start a recovery operation:

1. Re-install the software completely and use its built-in features to add the locked folders. If they're recognized, start an unlock procedure using the password you have set up in the first place.

2. Open the application, go to Help > Contact and get in touch with its developers. It's possible that they might provide a "secret" solution to get your files back. Developers of these applications usually implement these features.
