Will my PC be OK if I uninstall NpackdCL? Is it safe to uninstall?

Yes, your system will be safe because this is just a software updater which runs independently from the system's files. You can uninstall it if you want because nothing will happen.

Yes your PC will be fine upon uninstall,I did an uninstall myself on a PC running windows XP and my PC is still stable. Cant say for any other operating systems .
