Advanced searching tool for Windows (with linebreaks)?

Please suggest a Windows tool with grep functionality. I need to search & replace a text with different linebreaks, such as '\r\n' etc.

I've already tried something like this and this. Neither suites for me - their linebreaks handling is a bit... strange.
