It's blocking the e-mails of some of my clients.

Can I get my companies domain name cleared in MailMarshal so that my clients could receive my e-mails?

In some cases, the application marks e-mails as spam or blocks them because of various reasons. This means that normal e-mails get blocked due to words, links, or sender's e-mail address etc. Simply manually unblock those e-mails and add the domain names to the white list. This will instruct MailMarshal to bypass security filters for the domains configured earlier.
