Can you help me access my Yahoo email account (forgot password including alternate email)?

I completely forgot my password in both of my email accounts that include my alternate email recovery options.

If you've forgotten the password to the alternative email recovery option, then you can use the security questions available to restore an access to your account. In case you can't answer those security questions, then the account will be lost permanently until Yahoo marks it for deletion for inactivity.
