The program is constantly requesting for permission.

Why am I constantly getting the blue and yellow shield with the following message : "BLE is requesting you permission"? Is there something I can do about this?

This is happening because the program needs administrator rights in order to run. You can give the program the right to run without asking you for permission, by right clicking on its executable file (shortcut from Desktop usually) choose Properties > Compatibility > and check the box that says Run This Program As An Administrator. After you did this, click OK. By doing this, the application will never ask for permission again.
