Receiving invalid bar code error.

Question

When I open Label Works and try to connect with the dataset it is attached with, (so I can print my barcode labels), I get a message saying "Invalid Bar Code". How do I fix this in order to print my labels?

This must be a configuration error. Start the software and ignore the error then access the configuration menu and restore the software to its defaults. Alternatively, close the software and browse to the installation folder. Look for the INI settings file and delete it as well, then restart the software and everything should be configured "by default". Change the settings, restart the software and the error should disappear.
