Yahoo encountered some problems related to security. At certain time the service will ask you to answers to the security questions attached to your email in order to access your account. In case, you don't have the possibility to answer those questions (can't remember question, can't remember answer, etc) you have the possibility to use alternative recovery methods. In case there is no alternative method stored, the access to your account is forbidden indefinitely.
