To restore the access to the phone, you need to factory reset it. To do this, power off the phone then press Home + Volume Up + Power until the Recovery menu appears. For some Android versions, the key combination modifies into: Home + Volume Up + Volume Down + Power. Once in Recovery Menu, select Wipe Data with Volume buttons then press Power to confirm. The phone will be restored to factory defaults which gives you the possibility to use it.
