When this happens, it means that the computer and the pen drive are infected with malware, worms, or trojans. Try running a security solution like Combofix while the drive is connected to PC to fully disinfect it. Download and run Combofix and wait for the operation to finish. After that, right click the pen drive icon in My Computer and select Explore. The original folders will be shown.
