Unfortunately, you can't change the Zi-Track password because the application doesn't have a password reset option. In this case, I suggest you uninstall the utility from your PC (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install it again. In this way, you will be able to open the software using SUPERUSER as username and GUEST as password.
