If you've accidentally deleted the images from Picasa, then you can find your folders in the same location they're stored on your hard drive. If you delete them using the keyboard button Delete, then I recommend that you search in your Recycle Bin (in case you have not emptied it). All other methods that help you get rid of files or folders are for permanently deletion.
