UbiInfo stopped working on my Ubislate tablet.

I am using Datawind Ubislate 7C+ (Aakash tab). After I performed a factory reset, I get the message that UbiInfo stopped working. What does this mean? Is there a way to make UbiInfo work again?

After a quick search over Internet, it seems that this is a fairly common error encountered with this product. However, the manufacturer didn't provided for a solution to this problem. It seems that the only thing that you can do is to contact the manufacturer or to take your tablet to the shop from where you bought it. Only by doing this you will be able to obtain additional support.
