Finding the licence.dat for ASN1VE PC.

I plan to install ASN1VE PC Win32, but I don't know nothing about its licence.

There is no information about the licence file for ASN1VE application. There is a SVC trunk available on the Google Code.

Unfortunately, there is also no way to contact the developer. 

 svn checkout http://smsapp.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ smsapp-read-only

The ASN1VE is bundled without the application in the DOC folder.
