Unfortunately, you can reset/recover the security code for these phones from the Nokia Support. Visit your local Nokia Store or a custom phone service shop and they will unlock it for you. The whole process might not be free and you'll have to pay a very small fee since the process is not so complicated but without the root hardware tools, it's practically impossible.
