There is no information about compatibility with Windows 8 64-bit, however, the developer states that the program is capable of running in 16 or 32-bit color mode. The 32-bit color mode is supported by most operating systems but that does not guarantee it will work. In this case, I can say that the program is not compatible with Windows 8 64-bit.
