How to use Nokia 5233's mobile camera with desktop for video calling with Skype?
You can't use a phone's built-in camera to use it as a streaming device on your computer. A proper webcam is required to be installed on your operating system to be able to use it on Skype. Try buying one from Amazon or eBay.
