I can't get my purchased copy to download.

1.) I purchased BeaTunes and my code was 4GDM-CKHW-XXXXXX, but the file that showed up through my email was the trial version, not the actual product. What do I do?

2.) How do I populate my iTunes with the BPM, key and color, or do I have to rebuild my playlists in beaTunes?

The trial version you received can be upgraded to full version using the serial number you posses. However, you can download the packages from the official website of the product.

BeaTunes works without iTunes. This means that you can use it without iTunes. There is an online FAQ explaining how to work with iTunes.
