I get a pop-up every few minutes that says "Unable to Copy File" with no explanation. How can I get rid of this pop-up?

The error is probably caused by an application that is configured to perform a task, but it encounters errors along the way or it could simply be a virus infection. Either way, go to Start > Run > msconfig. Switch to the Startup tab and disable all the applications that are not related to the system's functionality. After this procedure, reboot the computer and watch the behavior. If you receive the same pop-up, run a copy of Combofix and initiate a scan of the computer. If there is a virus infection, Combofix will take care of it.

During the scanning phase, Internet and background applications will be closed.
