Is the support for Smartcard 2004 in progress?
How can I download Smartcard 2004 program and how can I get a license? If the support for this program is not provided now, can I install it on another PC and activate it?
You cannot obtain the software because it seems that it is not used anymore and there are no traces or information about its usage. In this case, simply copy the software to another computer and use the same licence to activate it. This is an old application, and registration process should be ok from this point of view.
