How to unsintall NetooCoupon Chrome Extension? Every time I try to remove it, it comes back the next time I open Chrome. It's not in Add Remove Programs, Anti-Spyware can't find it. Cleaning the files and the registry only works 'till next reboot. I'm about to reformat just to get rid of it.

After you remove it from the Chrome Extensions, run a copy of AdwCleaner and make sure the extension stays checked then perform the scan, reboot the computer and when it comes back, the extension will be removed.
