How can I change my Android version?

I have an Alcatel One Touch 991.

The only way to upgrade the phone's Android version is through the OneUpgrade application available on the official website of the manufacturer. Access the website and click on the Support tab and download the OneUpgrade application.

Alternatively, use a direct download URL for easy access: http://www.alcatelonetouch.com/global-en/downloads/global-en/ONE_TOUCH_991/otu/one-touch-upgrade-s-2-8-0-setup.exe
