Problem with Idea Net Setter.

I have recently purchased a SIM for my Net Setter model E173Du-1, but when I connect the Net Setter with the SIM to my computer, it's giving a : "check network availability error". What can I do in this case?

The Idea Net Setter device can work with SIM cards from mostly all Internet providers. However, if you choose to use a different SIM card for the device, you need to make the appropriate network settings for the new Internet provider. This settings can usually be acquired from the new provider. In this matter, I strongly recommend that you contact him in order to obtain more information about the network settings. This might be a reason why you receive the network error message.
