According to the official website of the developer, the software works with all Windows versions starting from Windows 98 up to Windows 7 (32 or 64bit). You can get more information on the official website.
Additionally, I have posted an image as proof to see that it works on Windows 7. Version tested is Windows 7 x64 Ultimate.
