I accidentally took photos on another patients name. Is there any way to transfer the photos to the correct patient?

The best way to fix this is to either contact a local IT administrator, if it's a product widely used in your clinic or hospital, or open the patients, then delete their pictures and assign them again. The best way is to actually contact the IT Admin as he has access to modify all the elements and items.
