Meaning of E & M Coding for billing abbreviations.

When calculating E & M for billing, I notice when a patient has a status for their finding, under Dx / Mgt column, there are abbreviations which I do not understand, "P=E, W=N" what do they mean and where can I find a help menu when I encounter things I do not understand?

Unfortunately, there isn't a User Manual available for this product because this was developed to be used by students under the supervision of a professor. Also, the Help menu of the application doesn't provide any useful information. In this matter, the only way to obtain more information is to contact the developer on their official website or at the following mail address : info@medicomp.com.
