The software provided with the DG200 device is not compatible with Windows 8. This means that, officially, you will not be able to run it in this operating system. However, the compatibility is with Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7. It's possible that the product might work under compatibility mode. To do this, simply right click the setup package, select Properties > Compatibility > Windows 7 then try to run it as Administrator.
