The unlock process involves in using the Recovery mode to factory reset it. To do this, power off the phone then press Volume UP + Power button at the same time. Once you are in the Recovery menu, select Wipe Data > Delete all User data and reboot the phone. Even if all your apps were deleted, you will gain access to the phone's menu. Add your account again and install the apps you had.
