I have tried to put my e-mail but without success.

My A919 Duo phone is blocked after many trial of the pattern attempts by my children. It is asking my e-mail but I am trying without success. The pattern was 1_5_4_7_8_3_6_9_2.

Turn on the phone at the locked screen then press Power button for a few seconds until the service menu appears. Select Data Connection and the phone will connect to the Internet. From this moment, you can ask for a backup PIN on your e-mail. Request a new PIN and wait for its arrival. After it arrived, enter the PIN on the phone and it will be unlocked.
