How do I contact Adobe if I have a problem?

In December 2013 my IT person transferred all my programs to a new computer, and I also purchased and installed Adobe Elements 12. I did Income tax preparation for my clients so at that time I did not use Elements 12. Now the tax season is over, and when I tried to use Elements 12 it said I did not register it, which is true. So today I uninstalled it then re-installed it but it still does not let me use it. I purchased the 5th or 6th version from B & H Photo of New York for $84.95. I would appreciate someone from Adobe to correct this error. The serial # on the disk34542494 is 1057-4313-XXXXXXX.

Can you help me?
