This is a USB Modem device. To access your Hotmail account, plug the device to the computer and install its corresponding drivers and software. At the end of the installation you might need to restart the computer to finish all pending install operations. If you happen to encounter a warning regarding the driver's installation, accept it to continue with the process. After restart, open Reber Quick and connect. Launch your favorite browser and point it to Hotmail website.
