My Idea Ultra II 3G phone is not working.

I bought a new Idea Ultra II 3G. I am having a problem as no apps are getting opened, therefore, the Customer Care is also not responding. What should I do to get my mobile back in good conditions?

This is an Android-based phone. Try factory resetting it with a combination of buttons but first turn it off, then press Volume Up + Power Button or Volume Up + Power button + Home button until the Android logo appears. Once in Recovery mode, select Wipe data and wait for the operation to finish. The phone will restart and then you can use it again. During this process, your custom settings and applications will be deleted.
