Can't open the program after an update.

I recently had a technician run a periodic update of my computer and now I cannot open Support Dock. Is there a way to fix this?

If you can't open the program on the normal way, run it using administrator rights. To do this, right click on its EXE file, and choose Run as administrator. If you still can't open the program, perform a fresh installation. Before you do this, make sure that you completely removed it from your system by going to Start > Control Panel > Programs and features, select it and press Uninstall. After the installation process is finished, you should be able to open it.
