Yes, it's possible only if you manage to split the signal from the DVR into two serial streams. This will, however, cause issues and it's not recommended. Instead, connect the DVR to one computer, then re-configure its accessing methods to view the cams remotely. This means you will use the 2nd computer to connect to the DVR without causing problems.
