Why there is no OS update version for Andromax I2?

I have smartphone Andromax i2 made by Innos. The model is AD683J. The Android version is still on Jellybean 4.1.2. There is no version upgrade since I bought it. Please provide the upgrade Android version if possible.

The only way to check for updates is through the Settings > About phone > Software Update. If there is no update, it means the manufacturer didn't released one. However, try to check your manual for additional information related to software/firmware update.
