I want to use PDReceiver through Vsat. Is it possible?

NOAA offers an in-depth guide on how to configure and install the application to use it with VSAT. The PDF file contains all the instructions, satellite details and configuration options for PDReceiver. You will need Adobe Reader in order to view the PDF file.
