It was working, but now has an exclamation mark. When I try to start it I get a message that says it has stopped working. Windows tries to fix it but fails. I am using Windows 7 on an Acer Aspire 5742Z laptop.
Try to remove it using its uninstall application then download it again. You also have the possibility to download it from the Acer Support. Visit the website and enter the product model of your laptop into the search field then download the application again from the Application tab.
