I can't uninstall this application. Can you help me?

I build the PC by myself, and I have Admin rights. But when I try to uninstall this program, it says: "You do not have sufficient access yo uninstall Oxy. Please contact your system administrator." How do I uninstall this program, because I do have Admin rights on my PC.

This is a spyware application embedded in the form of a torrent application. To remove it, run Combofix and wait for the process to finish. While the installation is in progress, the computer might reboot a couple of times (depending on how strongly the infection has spread among your files). At the end, you will have the possibility to see what applications were removed from your computer. I can guarantee Oxy is in that list.
