I am getting messages in my Samsung Galaxy Core, but I am unable to see them. When I open messages tab, only old ones are seen, but no new ones. When I open the dial list, no recent history about messages is available. How can I fix this issue?
You seem to have a problem with your date and time on your device. It's possible that you have your date and time set up incorrectly and this is the reason why you encounter this behavior. It's advised to use the automatic option. To activate this, go to Menu > Settings > Data and time > Automatic. After you did this, try to search your treads for any unread message. Your problem should be fixed now.
