Bluestacks requires a dedicated graphic card in order to work properly. This is needed because the Bluestacks is actually an emulator for Android. You can obtain a graphic card update from SIS, Intel, Nvidia or Amd. Go to their support website and input the model of your graphic card (Start > Run > DXDIAG > Display, then download the updated driver that correspondos to the Windows version installed on your computer. Once the process is finished, restart the computer and start Bluestacks again. It should work this time.
