ENOVIA 3DLive doesn't work with user accounts

ENOVIA 3DLive Examine plugin is not working with a user account but has no problem with an admin account. I want the program work with the user account without giving administrator rights and without reducing the user account control settings. Can you help?

Unfortunately, you can't use the application without administrator rights. In order to fix the problem, you need to right-click the launcher and open the Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program as an Administrator, click Apply, and then OK. I recommend that you contact the developers for further information. You can get in touch with them using the Contact Us page.
