How do I change the language on my Toshiba Satellite laptop? Everything is in Chinese.
You can change the language via the Windows Updates but that will not change it for the whole areas of the computer and you need to run Windows Vista or higher to be able to do it. However, it is recommended to actually re-install Windows again instead of applying a language modification pack.
