Receiving a database 10 error message.

Why can't I download some songs? I get a database 10 error message.

Your question is too vague. What are you using when you try to download music; computer, phone, ??? Check this website link if you are using a phone ... it might have info you can use: https://community.verizonwireless.com/thread/770972

This is an error specific to the application installed on your computer. You have two possibilities to find its cause and fix:

  1. Use the Help section because in most of the cases, developers embed information in that section. You might find necessary information there.

  2. Contact the developer of the application. Since no website can be found, use Help > About to obtain contact emails or phones.
