Print the organization chart using Microsoft Visio.

I have created an organization chart using Microsoft Visio and the chart is split horizontally between two pages. It seems that it could be shown on one page if I could center the document and adjust the margins. How can I do this?

There are several things that you can do to make the organization chart smaller. You can try to modify the margins of page by going to File > Print Preview. From there you can adjust the margins, choose the paper type, its orientation (landscape or letter) and other settings. Also, try to make the chart smaller by selecting it, and from a corner, when the cursor is changed to two side arrow one, drag the margin. You should be able to match the chart to a single page.
