Print cancelled error for MXView64.

While printing from Process360 using Windows 7 64 bit and Internet Explorer 10, I am receiving a Printing Cancelled error. I have tried deleting and re-installing the MXVIEW64.OCX and MXVIEW64 file but this has been unsuccessful.

Try restarting the Print Spooler, the service which handles the printing queues, print drivers, etc. You can do this from the Services menu. Go to Start > Run > services.msc and locate the Print Spooler in the menu. Right click it and then select Restart. This will also clear all the problems with the printer.
