There is no WRAPS software, however, in ICT the word WRAP means to put the text on multiple lines when the line is full. It's a term used in word/text precessors. For example, when you write something on a line with WRAP disabled, the text will continue to stay on the same line. If you activate the WRAP mode, the text will continue to the next line when it reaches the end. It depends on the size of the window.

With WRAP:

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting
industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever
since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and
scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only
five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting,
remaining essentially unchanged.

Without WRAP:

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.
