Have you tried enabling it by pressing FN+ESC? If you did and it still didn't work, then you probably need to install its drivers. Please follow these steps:

1. Go to this page: http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/us/en/DriversDownloads/drivers_list.aspx?CategoryID=953139
2. Scroll down to the "CAMERA" section
3. Click the download link for the camera driver that matches your operating system.
4. Wait for it to download, then install it, then, when the installation has finished, please restart the computer.
5. Press FN+ESC to enable the camera.
